Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, ARLÓ BEAUTY does not accept returns or exchanges. We take hygiene and product integrity seriously to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.


Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within up to 3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). This processing time is in addition to the delivery timeframe selected at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).


Delivery Times

UK Standard Delivery:
Estimated delivery within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

International Delivery:
Estimated delivery within 5–10 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as postal strikes, customs clearance, or peak seasonal periods.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the purchaser. ARLÓ BEAUTY is not liable for any additional charges incurred during importation.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information before placing an international order.
